1-A: I gave my mobile phone to my sister yesterday?
   B: What did you do that for?
   A: Mainly because someone bought me a new one for my birthday.

2-A: Can you tell me why you were late for school?
   B: To start with, I didn't hear my alarm clock.

3-A: Why do you want to study science at university?
   B: For two reasons. Firstly, because I enjoy science, and secondly because I want to be a doctor when I leave.

4-A: I was busy all day yesterday.
   B: Is that the reason you didn't phone me?
